You know all those projects that you start and
This is sad. Lion brand hasn't made this line of yarn for awhile. It's still not finished. I'm going to work on it this week. I hope. I think.
I also have three more ruffle scarves to make. One of those is for me. I keep thinking I'll get started but haven't.
My husband's Christmas present still needs to be finished. He wanted a super padded camera strap.
There's the two scarves I didn't finish from last year.
A bag that I started a year and half ago.
The quilt top that's old enough the bedroom colors have changed.
What's in your pile? What do you do to motivate yourself to finish a project?

Let's see...I have a Christmas project that's been sitting in my box for the last 2 years. I have cards waiting to be made. I have rope necklaces I wanted to get to. I have cute little wooden things from the craft store that I want to paint and decorate. I am sick of that box and am really pushing myself to clear it. I did manage to get the Valentine mailbox finished so that's a start. Hee hee!
ReplyDeleteOh goodness I had forgotten all about the jewelry projects in the house. Maybe I should round them all up and see how many there really are out there.
ReplyDeleteMy pile is larger than my mind's capacity to recall all the projects that I've started... and it doesn't help that I'm constantly picking up new projects (and not always finishing them...)
ReplyDeleteI took photos of many of the projects and have them on a bulletin board in my sewing room. That way, even if the project is put away, it is not out of sight... :)
What a smart idea! Maybe I should do something similar. I'd really like to get them done just to have room for new projects.
