When the heat wave hits I don't turn on my stove or oven. I still have to feed my husband and myself though. So what do I do? I use the slow cooker and grill. Today's yummy is brought to you by the grill.
What you need for the pork chops:
Up to 6 1/2 inch thick pork loin chops

Gluten Free Oven Fried Chicken Strips
I love fried chicken. I love chicken strips. So when I found this recipe on Pinterest I knew I had to convert it. I've made this several times and just realized that I hadn't shared it with all of you. They say it tastes just like KFC. I'm not making that claim but they are still good!
Gluten Free Oven Fried Chicken Strips
Place chicken tenders in a bowl, about a pound for four servings. The breading will cover up to two pounds but you may need a bigger pan. Cover with milk or buttermilk.

Goldbaums Gluten-Free Ice Cream Cone Review
A few weeks back I received a box of goodies from Goldbaums gluten-free products. With our heat wave, 110 heat index days on end, I haven't done any cooking that didn't include a slow cooker. So there are a few products that I'm waiting to still try. The one thing we could try was the ice cream cones. We shared with my in-laws. My mother-in-law has Celiac too.
Let's start with the cup cones, I grew up calling them cake cones.
